This service consists of disinfecting/sanitizing kitchen and bathroom surfaces, mopping all hard flooring surfaces (wood/tile), complete disinfect of toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks, vacuuming carpeted areas, and light dusting. A standard routine clean focuses on surface level maintenance!

An intensive deep clean utilizing disinfectants to eliminate tough build up, grime and bacteria in hard to reach areas. This clean not only covers the entire standard routine clean but also includes wipe down of trim and baseboards, interior appliances, degreasing backsplashes and range hoods and wiping of cabinet fronts. Deep cleaning covers everything that a routine clean misses. A deep clean resets your home and is recommended 1-2 times a year.

Specialized service to eliminate residue, dust, and adhesive film from newly built or renovated spaces. This is a labor intensive clean that goes beyond a standard sweep. Removal of stickers from new windows and appliances, vacuuming/wiping down all interior cabinetry drawers and doors, scraping away caulk and plaster marks & making sure the entire house is free of drywall and saw dust to provide a safe and breathable environment.
